How long should I expect to wait?
We schedule appointments so that waiting times remain the exception. With acute emergencies, delays can nevertheless occur in individual cases - we ask for your understanding and let you know as soon as something shifts.
How do I cancel an appointment?
Preferably by telephone, at the latest 24 hours beforehand. That way we can give the slot to someone who has complaints at short notice.
May I bring someone with me?
Yes, of course - especially with children, with anxious patients and for treatments under sedation, after which you are not allowed to drive yourself.
