Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. Simply give us a call or use the online appointment form. Please bring your health insurance card to your first appointment, and - if you have them - your dental bonus booklet, your X-ray record and a list of your medication.
Do you treat both statutory and privately insured patients?
Yes, both. For services that go beyond the standard cover, you receive a written treatment and cost plan in advance so that you can decide at your leisure.
What do I do if I am in acute pain?
Please call us directly during our consultation hours - we keep appointments free for acute cases. Outside consultation hours the dental emergency service can help; the current details are on our emergency service page.
Can I fill in a medical history form in advance?
Yes. On the medical history form page you will find the relevant forms as PDFs to print out. That saves time in the waiting room.
Will I always see the same dentist?
We work in such a way that you are looked after by the same contacts throughout a course of treatment. For specialist services the relevant colleague joins in as well - without you having to change practice.
